Jon was very knowledgeable, funny, and professional. He was always punctual and made sure we had the best time in Haiti. Without him, we wouldn't have had such an amazing trip. He really opened our eyes up to all that Haiti had to offer. 

If you know you'd like to visit Haiti, but have no idea where to start, he can serve as a guide from your preplanning process. Whenever we emailed him with questions, he readily replied and assured us it wasn't a bother but his pleasure to help us. His goal is to ensure you enjoy Haiti and come to love it as much as him, it shone through with his customer service. He picked us up on time from the airport and was on call for all of our needs, whether we wanted to go to the supermarket or way out to the beaches in Montrouis. We always felt safe and he always translated when we stopped at street vendors for traditional Haitian treats like lambi (conch), griot (fried pork) and bannan (fried plantains).

I traveled to Haiti in October 2015, Jon was waiting for me right outside the airport doors. His car was clean and air conditioned and he had ice cold water waiting for me. After paying the gentlemen who helped me out of the airport, we took off. As he drove me to my hotel, he pointed out different landmarks we passed and answered my questions as we passed outdoor markets and vendors. He brought my bags out at the hotel and guided me inside, waiting until I checked in to my room. This was how it was during my whole stay. Jon was attentive and punctual the whole time and took me to several nice restaurants and must sees in Port-au-Prince. My only regret is that I was only in Haiti for 4 days. I will be back, and I will certainly tour with Jon again. Thanks for the experience!
